Put this rocket launch in this calendar because it's a somewhat unique one. On September 25, the Soyuz MS-15 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. This all, of course, weather permitting. Coverage of the launch will be available starting at 6:00 a.m. PDT on NASA TV.What's special about this launch, though, is that the Soyuz MS-15 spacecraft will be carrying three crew members, Jessica Meir (NASA), Oleg Skirpochka (Roscosmos) and Hazzaa Ali Almansoori (United Arab Emirates) to the ISS, making the total number of occupants abord the ISS nine instead of the typical six. Hazzaa Ali Almansoori, who is a "spaceflight participant" will only be onboard the ISS for eight days and is scheduled to return on October 3 with two other crew members. Learn more here >>
