This is a role for a scrappy entrepreneurial salesperson who is highly adaptable and confident In their own ability. You are able to self-manage in a remote work environment.

Performance Objectives

  • You value autonomy, can easily qualify and close dozens of new accounts per year with little oversight.
  • You’ll call people on the phone, email, LinkedIn message, and publish relevant blog posts to reach customers where they are and efficiently close them.
  • You’ll use your experience with SaaS, Recruiting, Talent Solutions or HR Tech to be a valued resource to customers.
  • You're eager to attend events, put yourself out there and want more responsibility in your day-to-day.
  • You’re highly adaptable and able to sell in the context of each customer’s needs whether you are pitching HR or the CEO of a space startup.
  • Be the voice of the customer and have weekly interactions with internal marketing, product and engineering teams.

Nice to Haves

  • 2-sided marketplace experience
  • 3-5 years of Sales experience, preferably in SaaS
  • BS/BA degree from a top university
