Technical Sourcer, Hardware Engineering

Performance Objectives

• You'll use your advanced experience sourcing Electrical, Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering roles to build pipelines of highly skilled candidates.
• You'll use a wide range of creative sourcing techniques to identify, engage and screen hardware engineers for opportunities in Northern and Southern California.
• You'll partner with Recruiting team members to ensure they have a pool of active and passive talent for multiple job openings across a wide range of engineering disciplines.
• You clearly communicate candidate preferences as a transparent subject matter expert to clients.
• You will come up with creative new sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates utilizing our own internal database as well as external sources such as LinkedIn, hardware related websites, X-Ray/Google Search, and other Social Media platforms.  And most importantly, your own personal network!  
• You'll continuously be excited to disrupt the staffing industry with superior technology, tools and process.
• You are organized and eager to automate parts of your role to spend more time developing relationships with candidates and promoting the Cluster brand.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of Technical Sourcing experience
• Experience as an Internal Corporate Recruiter
• BA/BS degree from a top university
• Previous work experience at an Aerospace, Automotive or companies that have contracted with DoD, NASA
• Excited to work at a startup and adaptable‍
